You may need to add a USB mouse, keyboard or network adapter to get a working computer. It's very likely that one or more of the built in wifi/bluetooth/keyboard/trackpad won't work, and sleep and wake probably won't work properly either.

Google "hackintosh without mac" if you can't. Things will be easier if you can get access to a mac to create the setup tools. If not, r/hackintosh and are good places to start. If you're lucky, googling for your laptop's model name + hackintosh will bring you to a complete walk-through. I'd budget at least 5 - 10 hours, and be sure you have a backup of any important data, because it's pretty easy to bust your windows installation in the process. However, if you have an abundance of time, a shortage of cash, and already have a functioning laptop, most windows machines can be made to run macos. If you decide to buy a computer, I'd strongly recommend buying a mac. As an example, the base model MacBook Air and Dell XPS 13 both cost $999 USD, but the mac is something like 3x faster. In terms of performance per dollar the new m1 macs are miles ahead of any comparable PC.
